REFiL- an efficient workflow for early hit-to-lead optimisation in FBDD

Poster presented at the FBLD in San Diego in 2018. This work presents on the application a workflow that highlights SAR by catalogue and diversity oriented microscale synthesis and Off-Rate Sceening by SPR to improve affinities of fragments from hit to lead without the use of structural data.
