The Dream EEG and Mentation (DREAM) database
About
The DREAM database is a growing collection of standardized datasets on human sleep EEG combined with dream report data. These datasets consist of sleep electroencephalography recorded up to the time of awakening and a standardized dream report classification of the subject’s reported sleep experience.
This database will provide access to a larger pool of data than any single research group can collect and increase the statistical power of future studies focusing on the neural correlates of dreaming.
See the preprint of our companion paper at doi:10.31234/osf.io/69e43.

The Database
The database itself is found on this Project page as the item entitled The DREAM database. It contains the latest official version of all data tables of the database, which records the metadata of all accepted DREAM datasets. This database may be used to browse for specific DREAM datasets.
Datasets
DREAM dataset packages are also listed on this Project page, but not necessarily all of them. If it exists, the official link to a dataset's contents should be recorded in the DREAM database under the data field name "Data URL" in the Datasets table. If it does not, please directly contact the dataset's corresponding author.
Contribute Data
The DREAM database is open to new contributions from the scientific community! To get started, first read our guide How to Upload Data to DREAM (doi:10.26180/13302218). Then refer to the following resources as you begin your dataset submission process.
