Zachary Kendal is a PhD candidate in the Literary and Cultural Studies Graduate Research Program at Monash University, researching the ethics of literary representation in science fiction, while in receipt of the Cecile Parish Memorial Scholarship for Research Excellence. He is also a librarian at Monash University Library and was recently an editor-in-chief of Colloquy: Text, Theory, Critique.
