I am a population-health focused Occupational Therapist who is passionate about improving occupational outcomes for all people. I have a particular interest in people and their families impacted by mental health challenges. I work in supporting system change to enable better outcomes for families where a parent has a mental illness as a FaPMI coordinator at Eastern Health, a job I have been in for over 10 years. I completed a PhD at Monash University in 2020, researching sustainability of an intervention for parents called 'Let’s Talk about Children' in Adult Mental Health Services. I also work globally in development, supporting mental health work and research in low-and-middle-income countries. I live and work on Wurundjeri country
