thesis
posted on 2024-04-23, 07:49 authored by SHANGGARI BALAKRISHNAN
This study explores the lives of Malaysian public doctors. Despite their central role in healthcare and nation-building, many of them are facing struggles. This research looks into what affects their well-being at work and how gender plays a part in this. Doctors shared their stories, and the findings revealed that support for their mental health, good work relationships, and fair salary for the work they do are important. This study hopes to help make things better for these doctors and ultimately improve healthcare for everyone.
