This thesis addresses the growing interest in wearable devices and the development of various techniques for non-invasive vital sign measurement. It introduces a novel bio-impedance framework for SpO2 measurement, achieving a mean error of just 0.5% by leveraging the body's electrical properties. Additionally, a compact radar-based system for monitoring heart rate and respiratory rate is developed, demonstrating high accuracy and reliability. These advancements provide more precise, reliable, and inclusive solutions for personalized healthcare and remote patient monitoring, paving the way for next-generation wearable devices.
