Water-dispersible Arsonic Acid Functional Polymer Coated Iron Oxide Nanoparticles as Efficient Imaging Agents

This thesis examines safer medical imaging alternatives to the typically used Gadolinium-based agents. It identified a new class of nanomaterials that can be used in a range of biomedical applications whilst maintaining low toxicity.
