Validation of Novel ddPCR Bladder Cancer DNA Mutation Panels in Liquid Biopsies

Bladder cancer surveillance utilises invasive flexible cystoscopies and has an increasing burden on the healthcare system. This thesis validated the performance of a novel tumour DNA mutation panel in the blood and urine of patients with bladder cancer, which may offer an alternative minimally invasive test for detection of cancer presence.
