Understanding Stroke Pathology for Better Treatment

This thesis examines the powerful effects of the immune system in stroke and identifies several therapeutic aspects of two anti-inflammatory agents. This thesis also discovers several important interrelationships among various elements that affect stroke outcome and develops several explanatory models to better understand the complex stroke pathology.
