Underground Structure Stability Compatibility Analysis and Support Optimisation

thesis
posted on 2024-12-15, 07:03 authored by Yuxi Liu
This thesis explores the risk assessment and support system optimisation for underground tunnels subjected to challenging geological conditions. It applies analytical solutions with advanced computational simulations to evaluate the interaction between tunnel support systems and surrounding rock, ensuring that the support designs are both rational and effective. Additionally, the study utilises data-driven methodologies to identify critical factors influencing tunnel stability and refine design strategies. By establishing evaluation metrics for support stability and optimising design processes, this research contributes to improving the stability and reliablity of tunnels in complex environments.
