Ultrafast hot carrier relaxation and charge transfer in nanoparticle assemblies and nanoconjugates

This thesis examines the typical timescales and presents a simple model for electron relaxation in nanoparticle assemblies and conjugates. The models identified in the studied systems could benefit to engineer better solar harvesting devices.
