Translating 'Controversy' Methodology for the Translation of Controversial Texts Exemplified through 'Hate Hallyu: The Comic'

This thesis presents a new approach for the translation of controversial and visual media exemplified through the translation of the Japanese graphic novel (manga) 'Manga Kenkanryu' (Hate Hallyu: The Comic). The thesis discusses the translation of politically controversial terms from the context of Japan-South Korea relations.
