Towards next-generation cement composites: Graphene oxide–silica reinforcement and artificial neural network-based characterisation

thesis
posted on 2021-10-28, 22:48 authored by JUNLIN LIN
Graphene oxide nanosheets have demonstrated strong potential for reinforcing cement composites, but their poor dispersion in the cement matrix and difficulty of identification from microstructure remained to be solved. This thesis overcomes the dispersion issue and proposes effective approaches to image-based microstructure characterisation of graphene oxide-reinforced cement composites.
