The investigation on the stability of perovskite solar cells

This thesis focused on the degradation mechanism of perovskite solar cells under both extrinsic factors, including humidity, temperature and light exposureand, and intrinsic factors including ion migration in perovskite material. A new kind of degradation, which is unique for perovskite solar cell was found in this thesis.
