Numerous studies have emphasized the significance of various factors such as physical activity, sleep patterns, emotion regulation, socioeconomic status, and feelings of loneliness in predicting mental health indicators. However, a comprehensive investigation considering these factors collectively within a unified model has been lacking in previous research. This research aimed to explore the relationships between the biopsychosocial factors during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study evaluated the diverse mental health regulation strategies in the participating countries. The current study sheds light on the potential impact of lockdowns on individuals’ mental health, providing essential guidance for tailored interventions aimed at improving overall mental health and wellbeing.
