This research explores how Moringa oleifera seeds can make plant-based burgers better for both you and the environment. We start by looking at how soaking these seeds can reduce a substance called tannin, which can sometimes be not so good for us. Then, we use these seeds to make something called M. oleifera protein isolates (MPI), which are super-healthy ingredients. When we add MPI to plant-based burgers, they become healthier because they have more protein. They also taste good and look nice, so we found a great way to make healthier and tastier burgers from plants! (Phrases that need to be italicised: 1. Moringa oleifera 2. M. oleifera )
