The Contentious Spaces of Indigenous Education

Centrally situating the voices of Indigenous Peoples who contributed to this study, as well as the scholarly contributions of Indigenous academics and educators, this thesis uses Indigenist research methodology to examine the ways in which non-Indigenous teacher educators engage with teaching Indigenous Education units across five Victorian universities through the notions and practices of expertise, partnership, and pedagogy.
