This study explored the acculturative experiences of middle-level leadership staff from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds in Victorian Schools. It aimed to deepen understanding of how these leaders practice and maintain their leadership. The scarcity of literature that sheds light on the leadership experiences of CALD leaders in Victorian schools and how these experiences contribute to their leadership development motivated this study.
