Targeting cancer-associated fibroblast differentiation to improve anti-tumour immune responses

Immunotherapy enables a patient’s own immune system to attack the disease. However, not every cancer patient responds to this type of therapy. This thesis discovered new ways of targeting cancers which may yield promising immunotherapy outcomes.
