Synthesis and characterization of some polyfluorophenylorganoamidoplatinum(II) complexes and investigation the biological activity of these anticancer drugs with DNA and cells

This thesis describes the synthesis, characterization and anticancer activity of some novel organoamidoplatinum(II) complexes using Total Reflection Fourier Transform Infrared (ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy. It establishes the effect of these complexes as anticancer drugs after the interaction with isolated DNA and cancer cells.
