Synthesis and Evaluation of 2,4-Diamino-1,3,5-triazines as Bioactive Agents against Triple-negative Breast Cancer Cells

The thesis contributes to developing new methods for preparing bioactive compounds with 2,4-diamino-1,3,5-triazine skeleton and potential applications as anticancer agents. The methods were effective for the synthesis of compounds with one, two, and three points of diversity. Some of the prepared molecules were highly active against breast cancer cells. The established structure-activity relationships will be useful for further drug design and development programs.
