The excellent optoelectronic properties of perovskites have made them promising candidates for many optoelectronic devices, but it remains a challenge to achieve the controlled fabrication of single crystalline perovskite materials including the synthesis of phase pure composition, the modification of structure, and the controlling of morphology. This thesis presents a study of perovskite single crystal fabrication to obtain the desired optoelectronic properties for particular optoelectronic devices.
