Strategies for Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Cells and Modules

thesis
posted on 2023-05-30, 23:46 authored by JIE ZHAO
The thesis provides strategies to enhance the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells and perovskite solar modules. Specifically, this thesis provides solutions that address the three obstacles that have hindered the commercialization of perovskite photovoltaics, namely: (1) the challenges associated with producing efficient and stable perovskite thin films at a large scale; (2) the presence of large open circuit voltage (Voc) deficits in wide bandgap PSCs, and (3) the abundance of surface defects in perovskite thin films.
