This thesis examines the relationships between human resource practices, learning organization, intellectual capital, organizational innovation, and organizational performance. The findings suggest the importance of job design, recruitment and selection, and compensation in creating a learning organization culture. The positive relationship between learning organization and organization capital suggests that learning organizations would be in a better position to harness this knowledge and transform them into intellectual capital that can bring innovations and improvements to the firm.
