Statistical methods for the design and analysis of longitudinal cluster randomized trials

thesis
posted on 2021-10-18, 03:26 authored by KELSEY LYNN GRANTHAM
This thesis develops statistical methods for designing and analyzing clinical trials dealing with groups of subjects, called clusters, such as hospitals, schools or villages. These methods can help trialists make more informed choices when it comes to setting up the trial and analyzing the trial data, so that a sufficient number of subjects are included and appropriate conclusions are made about the effectiveness of the intervention being tested.
