Spatial-Temporal Monitoring of Cellular Microenvironments using Organosilica Nanosensors

thesis
posted on 2022-05-27, 01:58 authored by GABRIEL TAI HUYNH
This thesis outlines the development of nanoparticle-based biosensors (nanosensors) for monitoring dynamic, real-time changes of bioanalytes within two-dimensional and three-dimensional cell culture systems. Through visualising and understanding the dynamics of different bioanalytes within these cell culture systems, this work aims to help improve our understanding for the better development towards cell-based therapies and other similar clinical applications.
