thesis
posted on 2019-04-03, 03:06 authored by Jessica Emilie Manousakis
Changes to sleep are a well-known modifiable risk factor for cognitive decline in old age. This thesis examined sleep and circadian timing disruption in older adults at risk of dementia, and provided important evidence for targeting sleep to improve interventions aimed at delaying cognitive decline.
