School-to-school Collaboration Enhancing Teaching: A Case Study in Zhejiang Province, China

This study chose one of the most prevalent forms of school-to-school collaboration in China, the education group, and sought to understand the evolution of education groups in China as a result of educational policies and the influence of education groups on teachers.
