Real-time rainfall-runoff modelling by dynamic evolving Neuro-fuzzy systems

Rainfall-runoff modelling is an important field in hydrologic research for resolving many of the hydrological problems such as urban planning and flood forecasting. This thesis describes the development of a real-time flood forecasting tool which was tested under various land and climate conditions.
