Pancreatic cancer has a poor prognosis, a high symptom and psychological burden. This thesis examined the performance measures that monitor quality of care provided to patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer from a clinical and patient perspective using quality indicators and patient reported outcome measures, evaluated the measures to understand the variations in care and explored the barriers and enablers to indicator implementation.
