The work described in this PhD thesis has made significant contributions to the field of FPR-based drug discovery, elucidating further SAR understandings by utilising modern techniques of structure-based drug design. These developed understandings will likely assist in both the selection and further optimisation of efficacy model candidates, to further fuel the progression towards improved treatments for varied inflammatory disorders.
