Non-Contact Patient Monitoring in the Intensive Care Unit Using Infrared Thermography

The work contained in this thesis explores the use of Infrared Thermography as a monitoring tool in the inpatient setting in hospital. We deployed an infrared camera to monitor various aspects of patient care including vital signs and temperature monitoring as well as novel nontraditional monitoring metrics.
