This thesis studies navigation around objects in a 2-dimensional environment in real time. This type of environment is suited to representing objects, especially ones subject to moving in real-time applications, such as video games and robotics. This thesis contributes methods that finds paths on highly dynamic environments in real time without compromising on path length.
