Natural Language Processing in Support Systems: Applications of Knowledge Graph and Machine Learning

Support Systems are used widely and they contain a vast amount of text data. Organizing and extracting information from these systems are significant challenges faced in the industry. Hence, this thesis develops practical solutions to address the challenges, using ideas from Natural Language Processing.
