This thesis including publishable works follows the post qualitative turn and employs the culturally alternative medium of the Sikh community kitchen to embark upon the complex entanglements of becoming. I foreground challenges to the praxis of doctoral supervision and highlight the limitations of siloed thinking in traditional research models that confine the expansion of the relational, a less explored facet of research that can enable innovative learning approaches and build safer spaces of knowledge building. The thesis offers the intriguing philosophical and processual dimensions that Langar brings to educational scholarship that challenges the status quo, interrupts hierarchies and negotiates boundaries.
