Firstly, we develop a neuroimaging method to examine deep, small parts of the brain related to reward and addiction. We then explore the use of brain measures and psychological assessments in a clinical context to help us investigate the factors underlying OCD-like and addiction-like symptoms. Finally we test these measures outside of the lab to see if they are able to predict real life behaviours.
