Influenza A viruses are the most common human respiratory pathogen that causes problems to the economy and public health worldwide. Influenza viruses manipulate host mechanisms to promote infection. Therefore, this thesis examines the host-viral relationship and unravels a promising target host factor for the antiviral target.
