Modelling and Optimisation of Sustainable Green Hydrogen-based Networks

thesis
posted on 2024-08-31, 20:05 authored by QI HAO GOH
While green hydrogen holds promise for enhancing energy security and achieving climate goals, challenges such as the variability of renewable sources hinder its integration into industries. To overcome these obstacles, this thesis introduces structured frameworks for designing green hydrogen-based distributed energy systems and supply chains by employing process system engineering, mathematical programming, and decision-making methodologies. The research involves devising multi-criteria optimal configurations for these sustainable green hydrogen-based networks, aiming to foster renewable energy adoption and create a resilient energy future.
