Microstructure Characterization of CsPbIBr2 perovskite material with potassium incorporation

Lead halide perovskite solar cell is one of the most hopeful candidates for third-generation photovoltaic cells. The primary aim of this thesis is to study and compare the properties, microstructure features, and mechanisms underlying the difference in pristine and potassium-incorporated CsPbIxBr3-x perovskite material and understand how the changes of the microstructure are related to the device performance.
