Macrophage dynamics in muscle regeneration and wound resolution

thesis
posted on 2024-03-05, 00:55 authored by JESSICA DANIELLE MANNEKEN
This thesis examines the behaviours and dynamics of an innate immune cell type, the macrophage, during muscle repair. Specifically, this thesis focuses on dissecting the direct interactions of macrophages and muscle progenitor cells and identifies potential mechanisms for how macrophages influence the behaviour of muscle progenitor cells.
