Multiple myeloma is a common form of blood cancer that despite the development of successful treatments, remains an incurable disease. This thesis firstly, explores VprBP as a new target for the treatment of multiple myeloma, secondly, studies potential anti-myeloma drugs and thirdly, develops a drug discovery workflow for VprBP targeting ligands.
