Investigation of Muscle Protein Aggregate Diseases and Their Genetic Modifiers

This thesis examines the contribution of small heat shock protein as causes of muscle disease and their potential to modify disease severity. It identifies a potential novel cause of muscle disease and tools to develop treatments.
