Investigation into Urban Traffic Mobility in Malaysia for Intelligent Transportation System

Increased traffic and global activity necessitate the development of intelligent transportation systems to provide the public with efficient traffic solutions. This thesis investigates urban traffic behaviours in Malaysia and proposes models that improve upon the functions used in existing intelligent transportation systems, which include recovering corrupted or missing traffic data, traffic speed prediction, and traffic routing.
