Investigating the roles of TOP3A and KU80 in mammalian oocytes

This thesis helps us to understand how DNA repair proteins KU80 and TOP3A contribute to protecting oocytes and follicles from premature depletion and loss of quality, which is an important step towards developing new strategies to improve reproductive health for women and safeguard healthy offspring.
