Investigating the mode of action of novel bis-1,2,4-triazine antimalarials using proteomics and LC-MS-based analytical techniques

Malaria threatens global health and new medicines are urgently required to combat drug resistance. This thesis investigates the mode of action of a new series of antimalarial compounds to inform future antimalarial development.
