Proppant plays a vital role after horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing in tight oil/gas production. This thesis aims to identify the optimum proppant utilization strategies for maximum gas production under various geological conditions by obtaining comprehensive knowledge of proppant behavior in fracturing process.
