Inclusive Mobility Futures: Re-imagining Mobility-as-a-Service for Seniors Experiencing Digital Exclusion

This practice-based PhD research project explores the intersection of Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), digital exclusion and senior mobility. It proposes speculative design interventions to re-conceptualise MaaS for seniors through a combined approach of inclusive and speculative design practices.
