This thesis explores contemporary psychological-practice from an interdisciplinary perspective, drawing upon a wide array of intellectual approaches to give an accurate account of human mental life. This task is under taken in order to develop a more useful approach to psychological-practice. This redefined account offers a more integrated, interrelated, holistic and complex description of both human life and clinical practice.
