thesis
posted on 2025-11-14, 18:31 authored by Tianming Liu
This thesis addresses quality problems in mobile phone apps that affect billions of users worldwide. Apps often crash, malfunction, or contain inappropriate content, creating user frustration and security risks. This research develops intelligent solutions to improve app quality. It creates enhanced testing methods to identify more potential problems before release, develops tools to detect inappropriate advertisements, and automates the reproduction of issues reported by users. These solutions help app developers, app stores, and users enjoy safer, more reliable mobile apps.
