This study utilized integrative (phospho-)proteomics approaches to identify signaling networks in gastric cancer, and it proposed a novel molecular subclassification, therapeutic targets and biomarkers for gastric cancer. This study contributes significantly at both experimental and clinical levels to exploring therapeutic targets and implementing precision GC treatments.
